Keep your gut cool this summer with this delicious and easy 3 - ingredient strawberry icypole recipe using our Vaalia Plain Kefir Yoghurt! It's so delicious and easy, all you need is:
350g strawberries, hulled
1/4 cup honey
400ml Vaalia Kefir Plain Yoghurt

Blend the strawberries and honey together, and then add the yoghurt and blend some more until combined. Pour into your icypole moulds and freeze overnight! It's that easy! #vaaliaprobiotickefir #getguthappy

All you have to do is combine the following:
- 30g Oat Flour
- 30 Protein Powder
- 100g of Egg Whites
- 60g of Vaalia Kefir Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1x tbsp Stevia
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Milk to perfect consistency (if needed)

Top with some more Vaalia Kefir Vanilla Yoghurt and some fruit, with a drizzle of peanut butter! 😋
