Chia Breakfast Bowl
5 minutes + refrigeration time
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup Vaalia Natural Yoghurt
- ½ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 150g blueberries
- 3 strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 banana, sliced into thin rounds
- Splash of vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp almonds, crushed into pieces
- Sprig of mint
- In a bowl, combine chia, Vaalia Natural Yoghurt, milk and vanilla and stir to combine. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
- In the morning, stir again and top with fruit and nuts. Garnish with sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
