Chia pudding with fresh mango and toasted coconut

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250g of Vaalia Vanilla
  • 150mL milk 
  • 1 mango diced
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • Honey, to taste

Method

Step 1 – In a bowl stir together chia seeds, Yoghurt and milk until well combined. Cover and transfer to the fridge overnight.

Step 2 – Divide the chia mix between 2 bowls and top with fresh diced mango, toasted coconut and honey to taste. Serve.
