Overnight oats, with almonds, coconut, dates and honey

Ingredients
- 1 cup Vaalia Probiotics Yoghurt Plain
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp honey plus extra for serving
- 4 pitted dates, chopped
- 1 ½ cup of rolled oats
- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup raw almonds, chopped
- ¼ cup toasted shaved coconut
Method
Step 1 – In a large bowl, stir yoghurt, milk, honey, dates and salt together until well combined and lump free.
Step 2 – Add the oats to the wet mix and stir together. Cover and transfer to the fridge overnight.
Step 3 – Serve: divide the overnight oat mix to 4 bowls and top with coconut, almonds and honey to taste.
