Roasted figs with honey and natural yoghurt

Ingredients
- 8 large figs scored in 4
- 2 tbsp honey, plus extra for serving
- 40 g chopped pistachios
- 400g Vaalia Probiotic Natural
Directions
- Step 1 – Place the figs (scored side up) in a baking dish and drizzle with honey. Place the figs into the oven and roast at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the figs are tender
- Step 2 – Allow the figs to cool slightly, serve with Vaalia Natural, chopped pistachios and a spoon of honey and fig juice from the baking dish. If you would like it sweeter drizzle with more honey.
