Mango chia pudding with fresh mango and toasted coconut

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 50g tubs of Vaalia Probiotic Kefir Mango
- 150mL milk
- 1 mango diced
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut
- Honey, to taste
Directions
- Step 1 - In a bowl stir together chia seeds, Mango Kefir and milk until well combined. Cover and transfer to the fridge overnight.
- Step 2 – Divide the chia mix between 2 bowls and top with fresh diced mango, toasted coconut and honey to taste. Serve.
