Mango chia pudding with fresh mango and toasted coconut

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 50g tubs of Vaalia Probiotic Kefir Mango
  • 150mL milk
  • 1 mango diced
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • Honey, to taste

Directions

  • Step 1 - In a bowl stir together chia seeds, Mango Kefir and milk until well combined. Cover and transfer to the fridge overnight.
  • Step 2 – Divide the chia mix between 2 bowls and top with fresh diced mango, toasted coconut and honey to taste. Serve.
