Mixed Berry Bliss

Ingredients
- ½ cup Vaalia Natural Yoghurt
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and quartered
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup almond milk
- Splash of vanilla extract or essence
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- To make the smoothie more liquid consistency, simply add more almond milk. Serve immediately.
