Overnight oats, with almonds, coconut, dates and honey

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Vaalia Probiotics Yoghurt Plain
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp honey plus extra for serving
  • 4 pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 ½ cup of rolled oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup raw almonds, chopped
  • ¼ cup toasted shaved coconut

Method

Step 1 – In a large bowl, stir yoghurt, milk, honey, dates and salt together until well combined and lump free.

Step 2 – Add the oats to the wet mix and stir together. Cover and transfer to the fridge overnight.

Step 3 – Serve: divide the overnight oat mix to 4 bowls and top with coconut, almonds and honey to taste.
